What Are Penis Fillers?

Penis fillers are hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers injected under the skin of the penis to add girth and improve symmetry. The treatment is performed under local anaesthetic and usually takes less than an hour. Because there is no surgery involved, recovery is quick, and patients can return to most daily activities within 24–48 hours. At Moorgate Andrology we only use pure hyaluronic acid fillers, this is important to know. We do not mix them with collagen stimulators and we dont use P.L.L.A. We tried these some years ago and they can be very problematic if you develop lump and bumps. They cannot be easily dissolved as they can with hyaluronic acid. Our advice would be stick with pure HA for the safest treatment

Before Treatment: What to Expect

Most men choose penis fillers because they want to increase girth or improve overall proportion. It’s important to have realistic expectations — fillers can make a significant difference in appearance, but they will not change the fundamental anatomy. 

Although we only use pure hyaluronic acid , we have a choice of three different penis fillers. They differ in terms of the expected longevity, some last around a year whilst others last closer to two years. Some are more cohesive than others which means that some are firmer feeling in the penis. Some men decide based on the filler properties themselves and others based on budget. 

Most patients will have between 10 and 20 ml in the first treatment with 15ml being the most common amount injected in the first treatment. The more filler than we inject the thicker the penis will be. You also need to consider your penis length. If your penis is longer than the average for example, it will easily take 15 or even 20ml. If your penis is shorter than the normal them you might want to consider a more conservative start and begin with 10ml. Lets look closer at the likely results.

After Treatment: Typical Results

Immediately after treatment, you will notice an increase in thickness and volume. Some mild swelling or bruising is normal in the first few days. As the filler settles, results become more natural-looking within 1–2 weeks. 

Patients often report:

• Increased girth (commonly 1–2 inches, depending on filler volume)

• Improved confidence in intimate settings ( thats what is all about after all)

• Natural, proportional results that look and feel normal

The results typically last 12–18 months, although some men choose top-up sessions earlier to maintain maximum effect.

In the first week after treatment we will show you how to begin a massage regime of the penis. Its very easy to do and you will do it four or five times a day. You only need to do it for one to two minutes. The easiest way to do this is to do it when you go for a pee. Then, you dont have to think about it during the course of your day.

We advise avoiding sexual activity for one week. the penis filler will need time to settle down and having sex too soon can make the filler migrate a bit, which we want to avoid.

Penis Fillers Before and After: Realistic Outcomes

The same volume of filler can look very different between a long and short penis. The same applies if the penis is very think or already has reasonable girth.

If the answer to this question is " yes", then you might want to consider the alternative, which is penis enlargement surgery. This is because essentially penis fillers are girth enhancing treatments, not really lengthening treatments.
