Penis enlargement surgery before and after

This patient had 15ml of filler injected uniformly along the penile shaft. You can see from these photos that this patient has very good shaft length. This impressive length has enhanced the aesthetic result overall with a symmetrical appearance and good girth. Those patients with a long penis shaft benefit enourmously from added girth to balance out the penis overall.
