These reviews are different to the trustpilot reviews, and patients send them in after receiving a consultation, treatment or surgery. Our patients are automatically sent a feedback form and we ask them for their scores on service, quality and procedure outcomes. This includes both surgical and nonsurgical procedures and consultations for both men and women.

We started this internal review system in November 2024.

The scoring system is based on 1 to 5, with 1 being a poor standard and 5 being an exceptional standard.

I specifically contacted the clinic interests in one procedure. Was waffled on something I wasn’t interests. There should be a procedure where clients are made aware of requirements/suitability before paying the full consultation. Ended the consultation in 5 minutes. Do not recommend

As for the results, I couldn’t be more thrilled. One of my biggest concerns with this type of procedure was achieving a natural look—and Moorgate Andrology delivered perfectly. The fillers were done so skillfully that my penis looks completely natural; no one would ever guess I had fillers. This was the greatest benefit for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for their expertise in achieving such a flawless outcome. I flew in from abroad specifically for this procedure, as I wanted the best care possible. After some disappointing communication with another clinic (where I only received one-line replies to emails), I did more research and found Moorgate Andrology. I’m so glad I did! I recently visited Moorgate Andrology, and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience so far. From the beginning, the team provided comprehensive information, ensuring I fully understood the procedure and what to expect. I was also pleasantly surprised when they saw me earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was a nice touch. The staff were professional and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. As for the results, they’ve been great so far. However, I did experience quite a bit of swelling and bruising, which has made the initial appearance of the procedure look a bit strange. But, as they explained, this is completely normal and part of the healing process. I would definitely recommend trusting the process, as the swelling and bruising are expected to subside, revealing the final results. I’m excited to see the outcome once everything has fully healed, but so far, I’m very happy with the progress.

I have often thought about having a procedure to enhance my penis as I have always been very self-conscious about my 'package'. I finally plucked up the courage to do something about it and after doing months of research, I finally settled on Moorgate. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am only day one after having my penis fillers, but already the results are incredible and I can't wait to show off what I now have to my partner. Moorgate have been brilliant; from the first initial contact right through to the procedure, they are there every step of the way. David Mills is brilliant and one of a kind. He is very informative and always there when you need him. You really feel looked after. Dr. Gerasimos Fragkoulis, who administered the fillers, was also brilliant. His bedside manner is second to none; I was really nervous going in, but within 30 seconds I was calm and ready for the procedure. Dr. Fragkoulis delivered the procedure with care and precision and explained everything I would need to do post-procedure over the next few weeks. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Amazing. If you are thinking about having this procedure, stop thinking and get it booked.

This is my second treatment visit. I am always welcomed with a friendly greeting and very relaxed surroundings in Preston. Both Gerasimos and David are very approachable, friendly and professional and always make me feel at ease. I’m so far very pleased with the results following my first treatment and hoping this second treatment will produce even better results. Due to the nature of my condition being treated, it has for quite some time now affected my confidence in a big way and certainly had a massive impact on being intimate with anyone which I have avoided for a long time due to the fear of having to explain things along with my low self esteem. What Gerasimos has done is amazing so far and I’m ever so grateful. All being well, this second treatment will improve appearance of the condition so I will no longer feel so conscious and worried about it and will be able to feel comfortable with getting on with my life. Highly recommend Moorgate.
