Here we have an excellent result from a length and girth surgery. The flaccid length measured 7.5 cm and the post-surgery length measures 14cm. The girth also has an impressive increase at this stage from 8.8cm to 13.4cm. These photo were taken immediately after the surgery.

This patient had length and girth surgery with Dr Nenad Djakovic. The procedure also included a fixation of the penile skin to the corporal bodies of his penis. This will help ensure that the penis does not retract so much. Fixation of the penile skin is a procedure often performed at Moorgate Andrology and Gynaecology for cases of buried penis, usually alongside e penis enlargement surgery.

This patient had suspensory ligament division which increased his flaccid length from 7cm to 13.5 cm. For the girth we used the fat transfer method which has increased his penis girth from 9.7cm to 14.5 cm

This patient had 15ml of filler injected uniformly along the penile shaft. You can see from these photos that this patient has very good shaft length. This impressive length has enhanced the aesthetic result overall with a symmetrical appearance and good girth. Those patients with a long penis shaft benefit enourmously from added girth to balance out the penis overall.
