We need to understand what kind of increase in penis size the patient is looking for, what budget he to meet his expectations etc, not to mention the starting size of the penis, yes its a bit of a science !

The amount of filler used directly impacts the results. Too little may give a subtle change, while too much can compromise natural appearance or increase risk of complications. Its about getting the balance exactly right. For example, a small penis may not physically ne able to take the maximum 20ml of penis filler, and it might not need to either to achieve substantial girth gains. Whereby a longer penis may comfortably take 15ml , even 20ml with no problems.

Penis length and circumference before treatment, This is critical factor as outlined above

Patient comfort and safety. Our Urologists always guide patients in terms of volume. They perform thousands of treatments and this gives them an instinctive feel for what is needed or the desired outcome, but its always safety first.
In most cases, patients receive between 10ml and 20ml of filler for a single session. There is little point most of the time considering much less than 10ml in our experience. Of course we can place any amount from 1ml upwards but 1ml of filer will yield very little in terms of size increase. We know of practitioners who will place 30ml and more of penis filler in one session and we think that is way too much. At these volumes the massage post treatment can be hard work and there is a greater risk of complications such as lumps and bumps.
10ml: Typically provides a 1 to 2 cm inch increase in girth.
15ml: Often used for more noticeable enhancement without compromising natural feel, typically 2 - 4cm increase
20ml: Maximum safe volume for a single session for most patients. Increase in the region of 3 - 6cm

Penis filler injections are performed under local anaesthetic and usually takes around 30 minutes.
Filler is carefully injected along the shaft for even girth enhancement. This is after the injection of local anaesthetic at the base of the penis to numb the penis properly. We dont rely on cream only as some clinics do, its uncomfortable then because the cream only numbs the skin
Patients will see immediate results. We take measurements and photos for your records before and after the treatment to compare, but you will only need to look in the mirror to see the results !
Mild swelling and redness may occur, which typically resolves within a few days. With the cannula method we invented for penis filler treatment, most patients hardly get any bruising and swelling and much less so than a needle treatment
Recovery is straightforward:
Avoid sexual activity for one week
Minimise strenuous exercise for a few days too , we dont want the penis to swell
Monitor for mild swelling or bruising.
Attend any follow-up appointments recommended by the clinic. Most patients will not need to return to the clinic after the treatment
Most men can resume normal activities almost immediately, making fillers a convenient, low-downtime enhancement option.
While penis fillers are minimally invasive, patients should be aware of potential risks:
Temporary swelling or bruising. Far less than in time gone by !
Uneven filler distribution (rare with experienced Urologists)
Infection (rare, mitigated by sterile technique)
