It starts with a phone call or email. We will give you broad information about the procedure you are interested in and tell ou about prices and options to pay. We can also give you available dates for yur procedure and the most suitable locations for you.

2. Meeting your co-ordinator

Meet and chat through treatment options in more depth. They have a wealth of knowledge. They can help you apply for finance if you need it

3. Meeting your specialist

You get to meet the specialist who will perform the procedure. He or she will give you all the facts about the procedure you want. They will discuss your hopes and fears for the procedure and answer any questions you have. This meeting can be in one of our consultation centres , or on zoom video from the comfort of your own home.

4. Arranging the procedure

Our patient care department will put all important dates in the diary for you. They will ensure any paperwork is completed. We have a dedicated patient care team whose role is only to focus on everything in the build up to your procedure

5. Your procedure

On the day, our teams at the treatment centre or hospital will take over. The medical team will take you through your procedure, start to finish.

6. After your procedure

We have a dedicated post treatment care team whose role is to arrange all of your check ups and be on hand if you have any questions or you need any additional advice from the medical team.
