Ligament release surgery explained

Ligament release surgery is a surgical technique used within penis enlargement surgery to increase visible flaccid length. The procedure works by releasing the suspensory ligament, allowing more of the internal shaft to extend externally.

Erect length gains are usually limited, and outcomes vary between patients. Post-operative traction is often recommended to maintain results. At Moorgate Andrology we do not use risky implants as other centres do.
