What is the Biggest Penis?

The biggest penis to have been recorded belongs to Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, from Mexico. It measures in at a whopping 18.9 inches. Although Doctors have advised him to have a penis reduction for health reasons, he has refused as he likes knowing he has the biggest penis in the world.

What is the Smallest Penis?

Currently, the smallest penis ever recorded and recognised belongs to Mike Carson from Miami, Florida. His small, fully-functioning penis measures 1/16th of an inch. While he was incredibly embarrassed for a long time by his penis, thinking that he might actually be a girl due to the bullying he received, he now embraces his penis with pride.

What is the Thickest Penis?

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera holds the current world record for the longest penis at an astonishing 18.9 inches.

Unsurprisingly, he also holds the record for the thickest penis too. His penis has a tip circumference of 10 inches (25cm) which is almost double the average girth size.

What is the longest human penis extension?

Penis enlargement surgery is becoming ever more popular.

But what is the biggest extension to ever be performed?

Well, Dr Bayard Olle Fischer Santos (based in Brazil) successfully managed to enlarge a man’s penis by 16 cm (6.29 in) through surgery and physiotherapy.

What is Penis Enlargement?

Penis enlargement surgery can take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours.

The lengthening procedure usually takes 1 hour under general anaesthetic.

Then the fat transfer procedure, which is done to increase the girth, takes around 45 minutes depending on how much fat is being added.

What are Penis Enlargement Injections?

Penis enlargement injections are done using HA filler and are injected using a cannula. Unlike penis enlargement surgery, penis enlargement injections aren't considered a long term option.

Depending on the filler chosen, the injection can last 1 - 4 years. With most men opting for a top-up treatment after the first few years.

What is the Most Desired Penis Size?

Do you know what penis length is the most desired by women?

Well, our survey shows that 23% of women would be happy with 6 . 5 – 7 . 5 inches. Another 68% said they would be happy if their partner had anything above 7 . 5 inches.

What is Penoplasty?

Penoplasty is the name given to a type of penis surgery where a combination of lengthening and thickening procedures are performed to increase the size of a man’s penis.

This procedure means that both the length and girth of the penis can be enhanced at the same time.

What is Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction, which is also known as impotence, is when a man is unable to achieve and/or maintain an erection.

Erectile dysfunction is a very common condition for men of all ages, but more particularly in older men. ED can also be easily treated with medication or surgery.

What are the Erectile Dysfunction treatments?

There are many treatments available for erectile dysfunction, including:

  • Oral medication or pills
  • Testosterone Therapy
  • Penile Injections
  • Vacuum Erection Devices/ Penis pumps
  • Penile Implants (inflatable and malleable options)
  • Surgery

Non-invasive treatments are often tried first before more serious procedures are considered. It’s always best to speak to a health care professional before undergoing any treatments.

  • What are the physical causes of Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction can be quite alarming, especially when you don’t know where it came from.

Some of the causes of ED include:

  • Being over age 50
  • Having high blood sugar (Diabetes)
  • Having high blood pressure
  • Having cardiovascular disease
  • Having high cholesterol
  • Smoking
  • Using drugs or drinking too much alcohol
  • Being obese
  • Lack of exercise
  • What are the mental causes of Erectile Dysfunction?

Although getting erectile dysfunction is mainly associated with physical causes, it can also be brought on by emotional causes.

Some emotional issues that can cause or worsen ED are:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Relationship conflicts
  • Stress at home or work
  • Stress from social, cultural or religious conflicts
  • Worry about sex performance
  • What is Peyronie's?

Peyronie's disease, pronounced pay-roe-knees, is most commonly known as having a bent or curved penis. This is caused by the development of fibrous scar tissue inside the penis and can cause curved, painful erections.

It is normal for a penis to have a slight bend, but Peyronie’s is more noticeable and can cause pain during sex.

    What Peyronies treatment is there?

Peyronie's disease may seem damaging but it is treatable through surgical and non-surgical methods.

    Surgical methods include:

  • The STAGE technique
  • The Nesbit procedure
The Stage technique is performed under general anaesthetic and takes around one hour.

    Non-surgical methods include:

  • Peyronie’s disease injections
They work by disrupting the collagen plaque that causes the curvature.

  • What are the Peyronie’s symptoms?

Peyronie’s Disease symptoms don’t always appear straight away, as the condition gradually worsens.
    Symptoms include:

  • A noticeable bend in the penis. This bend can be sidewards, upwards or downwards
  • Sex will become more difficult and/or painful, depending on the stage you are at. If Peyronie’s Disease is caught early, it can be treated before you experience this pain.
  • What happens if Peyronie’s is left untreated?

If Peyronie’s Disease is left untreated it will worsen. Sex will then become too painful or impossible.

In mild cases, men may be able to have pain-free sex. Treatment may not be needed until the condition worsens. However, if you do notice a curve in your penis it is best to contact your doctor or a Urologist to discuss treatment options.
