A good quality penis stretcher device should be used starting 6 - 8 weeks after the operation and for a period of 3 - 8 months. The device should only be used when the wound has healed completely. If in doubt please ask. Penis stretcher devices are available to purchase from the office or can be bought online. A stretcher device helps prevent retraction of the penis following surgery.
Please begin to massage the penis a week after your surgery. Use Vaseline to avoid friction. You should massage gently for ten to fifteen minutes to help achieve symmetry of the transferred fat along the shaft.
Repeat the exercise each day for the first two weeks after surgery. Your Surgeon will advise you thereafter.
