What benefits does PRP have for men?

PRP is the latest penis enlargement treatment that we offer here at Moorgate Andrology and works to increase sexual performance; combined with penis enlargement injections it can increase the girth of your penis.

What does PRP do?

PRP is a non-surgical injection treatment that works to heal wounds and treat medical conditions but has recently become more popular in sexual medicine. It uses your own blood to regenerate tissues and release growth factors. It works by taking a sample of your blood, separating the platelets and plasma in a centrifuge, and then reinjecting the platelets into your penis. The PRP can be injected into your penis on its own, or alongside Hyaluronic acid penis enlargement injections

What health benefits does PRP have?

PRP has many sexual health benefits for men, which include:

Erection quality

Many men can suffer from erectile dysfunction due to the lack of blood flow to the penis, so it can be beneficial. By injecting platelets into the penis, the growth of new blood vessels is encouraged. Once the treatment has been carried out you should notice more frequent erections, caused by the increased blood flow to your penis.

Increase in penis size

There is some evidence that men can increase the size of their penis using PRP. A man’s penis can increase in girth after having the platelets injected in his penis. The girth is gained during blood cell regeneration.

To enhance the size of the penis further, Hyaluronic acid injection treatment can be done alongside this treatment. If you choose to have both injections, your treatment time will take 20-30 minutes longer as both injections are done on the same day.

Penile curvature

PRP can also be used to treat patients with penile curvature caused by Peyronie’s disease. The plague, from trauma to the penis, causing the bend can be healed with PRP treatment, as it helps speed up the healing process. Whilst it does work in only some cases, for a more permanent fix Peyronie’s disease surgery is available.
