Is peyronies disease painful?.

Many men with Peyronie’s disease first notice pain before any visible curvature appears. The pain is usually caused by inflammation as scar tissue forms inside the penis.

During the early, active stage, erections can be uncomfortable. As the condition stabilises, the pain often reduces — but curvature may remain.

At Moorgate Andrology, we offer shockwave therapy, PRP injections, and Verapamil treatment to reduce inflammation and discomfort. For more advanced cases, surgery can correct curvature and restore function.
